      Nope! Not today!

      All shipments are shipped via Fed Ex ground
    3. Do you ship internationally?
      Yes we do!
    4. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
      No we don’t!
    5. How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?
      Fed Ex – Airplane or Submarine
    6. How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?
      Fed- Ex, UPS or DHL
    7. How can I track my order?
      You will be sent tracking information on your receipt and you can track your SHIFTPOD any time day or night on the inter web.
    8. How long will it be before I receive my order?
      It depends on availability. SHIFTPODS are in high demand and they are shipped in the order the order are received. Typically new shipments come in every 30 days and your ship time can be 2 days to 60 days depending on time of year and demand.
    9. I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?
      It depends if we have units in stock or not, when shipments arrive and how many orders are in line. If we have product in stock it is typically 2 to 5 days shipping from Los Angeles.  International orders are shipped direct and can take 7 to 60 days depending on inventory levels.
    10. Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
      Call us immediately! If you don’t reach us leave a message with clear details, please don’t mumble.
    11. What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
      It depends what your local shipper charges you. If it is our mistake the return shipping is no charge to you.
    12. What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
      It depends on how far you are from our shipping center. Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at the time you place your order. In the US they range from $50 to $500 depending on distance and what service level you choose.  International shipping is a flat rate of $300.
    13. Will I have to sign for my package?
      Yes of course! (You can choose to opt out but then it is on you if the SHIFTPOD is stolen off of your doorstep)

RETURN POLICY

SHIFTPODS stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with everything! If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, (email us) to begin your return or bring your SHIFTPOD to our Napa, CA location. Please call or email for an appointment.

All returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase unless there is obvious damage or signs of use. SHIFTPODS cannot be returned without a receipt. Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, changes or alterations.
If you have purchased SHIFTPOD CARE you may exchange your SHIFTPOD at the Napa Location or ship it back and we will ship out a new unit to you. Please see your SHIFTPOD CARE agreement for further details.

If you purchased an item at SHIFTPODS.COM and want to return it for a full refund, PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE PRIOR TO SHIPPING. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

This packing slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this slip in the box with the item(s) you are returning. If we receive a shipment without a return authorization code it will be donated to starving children.
